Engagement Rules

Upon booking, the Host will send a message requesting the Guest’s contact information (email and a phone number active on WhatsApp). A few days prior to check-in, a link for online check-in will be sent via email; once the registration is complete with the entry of guest details, ID documents and payment of the Tourist Tax, all information for reaching and accessing the apartment will be provided via WhatsApp. WhatsApp will remain the primary tool for ongoing communication between the Host and Guest.

Arrival/Departures Rules

The apartment may only be used by the number of guests and the specific individuals registered during the check-in process. The official check-in and check-out times are as follows:

Check-In: After 3:00 PM

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM

Pets are not allowed, including small animals.

House Rules

During your stay, please follow these general guidelines:

  • Do not smoke inside the apartment.
  • Do not host parties or events.
  • Keep noise to a minimum in common areas.
  • Close all doors and windows before leaving.
  • Turn off the air conditioner before leaving.
  • Switch off all lights before leaving.
  • Leave the apartment tidy

We kindly ask guests to take great care when using the facilities, existing systems (heating and air conditioning) and all furniture and items within the apartment. Guests will be responsible for covering any costs necessary to repair or replace damaged or broken items.

Waste Management

Guests are asked to carefully follow waste disposal guidelines. Venice uses a waste sorting system, which requires sorting all waste by type, placing each type in separate bags and leaving the bags outside the building door on designated collection days.

Here are the waste categories (with specific instructions for each type) and the scheduled collection days.

From Monday to Saturday, guests are required to place the waste bags for the day’s designated category outside the apartment entrance by 8:30 AM for pickup. In the case of a Sunday check-out (a non-collection day) or departure when waste disposal is not possible, please leave any waste bags inside the apartment.
